UniCorp’s main team is usually deployed,
depending on the scope of the assignment, with a Project
Manager responsible for the overall management of the
project. His main focus is the implementation of the project
plan and coordination with the project advisors, clients
and/or the government agency oversight for the management
and delivery of the required services.
Depending upon the nature of the
engagement, the Project Manager is typically supported by
key Managers who deal with the material matters of contract
administration, logistics, subcontractor management, and key
contract deliverables. In addition, a team of junior
professional, paraprofessionals and technical support
personnel assist the Project Manager with the coordination
of the project, engagement teams, reporting and tracking of
performance.
Some projects require that a specially designed
database be created. In those instances, UniCorp is usually
supplied with multiple initial databases from clients and/or
current servicers, and UniCorp’s MIS team conducts the
cracking, review and dissemination of the information
contained therein into a newly designed database to be
accessible to the Project Manager and the Team Managers.
UniCorp employs an MIS and QC/Reporting Manager responsible
for accumulation of the servicer’s database files, the
cracking and analysis, and the creation of stratified
reports to the Project Manager and the Client/Oversight
Manager. The MIS team in cludes technical support for
reporting, requisite Data Professionals to supervise the
creation of the aggregate database output for the project,
imaging, and technical support for the team’s network and
computers. UniCorp has its own proprietary loan/asset
analysis and valuation software and has experience with
numerous loan/asset valuation packages, such as FDIC’s RAVEN
and others employed by the private sector.
