UniCorp Services, Inc. (“UniCorp”) was formed in 1991 and is a financial advisory services, management consulting, due diligence and staff outsourcing services provider. UniCorp Services, Inc is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, and is directed by John P. Lester, President, a former FDIC bank regulator.
UniC orp was formed to combine the talents of various high-level financial executives that have extensive experience in the areas of financial advisory services, asset management, asset valuation, due diligence, asset marketing, asset resolution/disposition, project management, and project staffing relating to the financial services industry. This experience originated with the bank and savings & loan crisis, and subsequently expanded with the performance of national and international bank consulting, due diligence and financial institution management services. The team developed extensive experience working for the United States Government, largely under the auspices of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (the “RTC’), first as actual senior level management staff establishing plans for the systematic handling and restructuring of failed institutions and retained assets, and then later as principals of independent servicing companies, working under contract awards.
