2003 and maintained on www.loansalex.com, is an
Internet-based loan sale and administrative platform
designed and owned by UniCorp Services, Inc. LoanSaleX
is an online trading platform that allows the performance of
asset due diligence, asset marketing, asset sale, and
“e-Bid” auction facilitation services. Specific services
have been engaged for its clients, including those with
government (e.g., HUD, SBA guaranteed, USDA) and
conventional loan products.
